Default Accenture is a global 500 company

ACCENTURE IS A GLOBAL 500 COMPANY
    Global 500 2008: Companies - A

    hi guys,

yeah i was just surprised why a lot of you badmouthed Accenture. This is a very big company - a Fortune Global 500 Company. It has a very good compensation and benefits. Yeah it is true that they will just top-up your last drawn salary but it really depends on how you negotiate. My suggestion is you know your worth so name your price because if you are really that someone they're looking for, they are willing to offer you what you wanted. If you got the chance to work for this company, you'll be amazed to know that some employees have been in there for more than 23 years compared to any other BPO's. Can you see why? Could be contentment or could be due to their "plus plus" benefits.

I used to work for Accenture before but I wasnt able to complete my contract due to health reasons. Yes, they demanded me for the employment bond but up to now, they did not collect it yet. Maybe because I negotiated for a comeback or maybe because they understand my situation. I haven't heard from them since then. I think I was banned or I don't really know but I'm prepared to face the consequences. I hope they'll hire me back.

Based on my experience, I can highly recommend it to all those who are interested to apply to work for this company.

franz, don't remember asking for any salary information. anyway, i just have another question. is accenture still actively hiring for their software development personnel? I'm interested to know more about their hiring qualifications for SAP & JAVA. any good tips on how to apply for said positions without any previous work experiences. there are companies in manila that hires potential employees and provides extensive trainings in SAP from KAISA.
Anthox - one of our senior execs (who happens to be my teammate sa soccer) asked if naba ko kaila na IT person na willing undergo training for SAP... anyone?... nag advertise galli to ang company.. think that was last week.. kaso nadelete sad nako heheh... you may send your resume na lng thru : www. accenture.com.. or puede sad forward nako ur resume, if u want... just PM me or email to: ilovetheocean@lycos.com... good luck...

    Agree with legaspi.
currently workin in Accenture... from Cebu, I relocated to one of their sites here in Manila. At first, naculture shock ko hehehe... not of the people..but of their processes... its core values which amazingly transformed people to be a high performer in all fields... the pressure is always there, but it all depends ra unsaon nmo pag accept tanan... so far, naenjoy ra ko dri, even if Im alone and far from my family... work-life balance is one reason why people stay here for quite long...mga engrandeng ways na magrecognize sa mga tao, superb sad... mora ka celebrity napadpad sa company heheh... lots of reasons sad why until now napa kos company even though naa tanan temptations of going abroad, I opted to stay and grow in this company... for those who got discouraged of Accenture's offer, I do hope you'll think twice pa... whatever you'l; get during sa negotiation ninyo, I would say na facade ra na.... coz once you'll be part na sa company, if you'll do good, immeasurable sad imo magather... from cash incentives, bonuses, recognition, rewards.. and brilliant people sad na imo matreasure... for a lifetime...
