thanks! I missed you guys, what can I say? It feels good to be back in Otakulandia.

For a long time I’ve always wondered what "R2" in the title meant. I didn't give it much thought then but I

think I get it now. Guess I’m not geek enough.

R2 = Rurushu? Rurushu Ramperouji?

R2 is Lelouch, huh? So he didn't die in the end. Did he become another semi-indifferent immortal? Immortal

and stuff? With the power to give other people geass? Hmm.

Well, I always knew he'd have to end up dying one way or another.

But they didn't build it up too much... I remember the last season; they intentionally postponed releasing the last two episodes to increase the hype. To get people talking.

And they give away the ending just like this. Something tells me it isn't over. They're probably gonna release a special episode with hints of Lelouch or *gasp* really show Lelouch.

Maybe he's the driver of the wagon? Maybe his consciousness still remains? I remember when C.C. would have her conversations with Marianne. and yes, there she was, not so dead after all. And we have C.C addressing Lelouch at the end.

Final Thoughts:

-orange is still, well, doing something orange related. the joke's still there, eh? kurneh.

-the drawings got weird towards the end of the series. It also occured to me that perhaps CG isn't getting the same budget that they had, since the ratings for R2 were relatively lower compared to season 1. maybe they cut the budget, and they decided to end CG in a rather flimsy fashion. Not that the ending sucked, they didn't market it as aggressively as the first season.

-C2 still loves cosplaying. loved how she went back to wearing her prisoner's outfit towards the end.

-So the best way to destroy your enemy is to become him, huh? Lelouch became emperor, Suzaku became Zero.

-C.C. (C2) V.V. (V2) R.R. (R2). kung ako, bati-a no? I.I. (I2) mura ma'g IT park.

-As for C.C.'s real name, here's something i stumbled upon:

I think it's Cú Chulainn.

In Irish mythology, a "geis" is a pact that can either bring good fortune or the absolute opposite. If one adheres to the pact, they're fine, and often rewarded for it. But if they break it, they can have a very rough time, or even die.

One of the most famous geis myths is about Cú Chulainn, a hero who had two placed upon him. The first one was that he could never eat dog meat, and the other was that he could never refuse food offered to him by a woman. He was then offered dog meat by a woman and ate it, but died because of it.

The differences between the show and the myth are huge, of course. C.C. is a woman and gives the Geass to people, while Cú Chulainn in the myth was a man who received a geis. Still though, it wouldn't surprise me if C.C.'s name was inspired by it.

-Finally, remember when Suzaku touched C.C.? He got a peek into her past, her history, her whole existence in particular.

The same thing happens when Nunnaly touches Lelouch. She then understood the reasons behind Lulu's actions, and as a result declared her love for her brother.

so does this mean, Lelouch is a supernatural being now as well? Did he live on to become a warlock, like he promised C.C.? or did he die a virgin?

Just wanted to say that Orange-kun is officially the most badass character in R2.

He ejects a knightmare out of the Siegfried to go after Anya, blows it up on top of Mordred, and then he himself leaps out and lands on top of it. And then as fitting end, he becomes grower of ORANGE Trees!!!!! AWESOME!!!!

And a lot of nice thoughts there, I2-san lolz =)) well I really chuckled out loud when I saw the Orange orchard of Orenji. And I really was expecting that the driver was gonna raise his hat and go I AM LELOUCH I AM ALIVE MWAHAHAHAHA--and yeah I did think that the Nunally-touches-Lulu part was weird. Maybe he kept his part of the bargain, had C.C's powers transferred to him, and soon let C.C. die. Y'know like the way C.C became immortal, she got killed first and came back to life. Wee I WISH THERE'D BE AN EPISODE 26 OR AT LEAST AN OVA T___T

jeramiah gotwald was the best most awesome character on there. especially when he was fighting, that had to be the best fighting part ever in the anime.

his bigass knightmare was destroyed and pops up in a smaller regular knightmare frame, which gets cut in half because of the shieds, detonates it and comes out to point a sword at his enemy.. pure awesomeness, first time i saw it i had to replay it just to make sure..


im so sure that the wagon driver is lelouch since nunally got a peek at lelouch's real intentions, like when suzaku did with CC

and lelouch did kill his father which made him inherit his code.. of being immortal. the jokes on everyone i bet you lelouch didnt tell that to anyone and only CC knows. hes the 2nd guy with the code and geass at the same time, like his father charles

the only sad thing about the ending is that only a handful know of his heroic sacrifice..many will remember him as a villain...

good thing his alive and immortal..there is always a chance a greater evil will come..then Lelouch will come save the day again..maybe he'll be remembered as a hero then... ^_^
