Base ra pod sa mga reports , iya na man gi tubag right . The problem is , na unhan na sa media ang pag murder sa personality niya so reaction sa masa , BOTBOT ang tanan tubag ni JOAVAN .

I am no way siding him ( Joavan ) , defending or making him the good guy here hence the reports floating around but be considerate to not to discount the facts kay tanan nato diri nag basehan lang sa news reports .

you may have a point that he has answered some of the questions and allegations brought to him. but see, his and his father's stories and excuses are just ridiculously unbelievable. for one, his father claimed that he only has a toy gun. can you see how absurd that is? what is he, eight years old that he still plays with toy guns?! mayor soc could've just said it was an airsoft gun, and it would've been more believable. and then later in an interview in a certain radio station, joavan confessed that that he owns a gun, for his protection. don't tell me his father doesn't know his son owns a gun? and that just contradicts the excuse his father said.. but it doesn't stop there, joavan later claimed that he now owns just a toy gun.. could it be more inconsistent than this?

i know that people should be deemed innocent until proven guilty but everyone here is not blind about how things work here in our country. if you have the money and the power, you can do away almost anything. i'm not saying that everything that the media feeds us is accurate but the media is the only voice where joavan's victims can inform the public of his misconduct. remember, these people are not the rich and powerful people but just ordinary talisaynons. for all we know, if the media has not publicized joavan's misconduct, these people could be dead by now in order to silence them in perpetuity.

again, may justice be rightfully served and the criminals be put to justice. let us not wait for vigilante justice but rather hope that the upholders of the law do their job..

- He could actually owned a TOY GUN since AIRSOFT are TOY GUNS and will never be a real gun .
- The TOY GUN he ( Joavan ) was talking about could probably be the same gun he used when he was brandishing it according from the reports .
- Heck he could even have a PERMIT TO CARRY for his REAL GUN anytime he wants to .
- News reports can get twisted depending on how the situation is brought up .

Could be the only voice they have but dont forget also that it is also a very powerful tool in the DIRTY GAME of POLITICS . Do you really think they want to PIN down JOAVAN FERNANDEZ ? I dont think so , they want MAYOR SOCRATES FERNANDEZ . But without Joavan , they dont have anything against Soc so Joavan was a tool to accomplish their mission of bastardizing Soc .
