English dub of Rurouni Kenshin is one but i don't know if it's the best.

Hahaha! unsaon, kuyawa pud ni Shishio oi, mao ra'y gitabanga'g pusil, gisunog, then buhi lng gihapon, nisamot pa jud kakusgan...ahehehe!

As for me, Akazukin Cha2x from Cartoon Network goes no. 1, then Samurai X

what introduced me to anime was Voltes 5 and Astroboy. i think i was still in kindergarten?

i was also able to notice that usagi's voice was also cedie and Becky & Lavinia's voice.

wahahaha btaw, maanad na lang ka atong sailormoon. ok2x man sad to cya pagka dub...not that horrible jud. and sa tinuod, mu prefer ko sa dubbed voice ni usagi kay sa original, kay irritating paminawon ang voice nya...high-pitched ra kau.

hehehe yup naa ko oav ato, sa hongkong man to nako na buy timing ra sad naa, gpalit na lang nako kay lisod pa ngita anime sauna.
