maybe true but there is no denying that science don't need god's presence.Originally Posted by dartzed
Yeah, science doesn't need a god or deity. But that doesn't mean that we should stop believing in the supreme being. There is no connection between the two(science and the belief on the existence of God) actually.
oppss wrong thread...
Who is that supreme being? the god of the bible? Naahh, I don't think science needs him when people (scientists) creates spaceships to travel to the moon... If they do, we will not be able to use internet forums.Originally Posted by bcasabee
We will not be able to use internet forums, if those scientist who launch rockets to the moon believe in God? Any electronic logic circuits might burn trying understand the logic behind that sentence.
FYI, I believe in God, and frankly speaking, I can create an internet forum application in a month, minus the forumers.....As I said, there is no conflict between the belief in the existince of God and creating an internet forum, rocket, nuclear power plant, etc etc..

hehehe... I didn't say you can't. Any average man can do things now also (enter building website/forums for dummies). But would you be able to do all these things if science hasn't created all these? I don't think so.Originally Posted by bcasabee
To rephrase, I can create a rocket bound for alpha centauri or a fission reactor since I am a scientist. But I still believe in God despite all my scientific achievements.
My point is. What is the point of arguing between science and the belief in God. There is none because science and the belief in God are not in conflict.
Unsay pulos sa pag lalis kung asay mas tuohan, science or pagtuo sa Ginoo. Walay pulos kay wala man nagka sumpaki ang duha. Mao ra nay punto nga akoang ipaabot.
cool and I personally say that's a remarkable accomplishment.Originally Posted by bcasabee

Tama! But there are more valid reasons (science) than faith.Originally Posted by bcasabee
Anyway, still you seem not to get my point. It's useless discussing it further. And the last two sentences are just the same, the first one is english, while the other one is bisaya. Pero mura ug conflicting lang imong comment bro.
