Anyhow, Talentfolio just overhypes the bands. Take for example this boyband type that they have (I forgot the name - is it Cueshe?). They suck bigtime!!! And Talenfolio showcase more of the good looks rather than talent. Good looks? I mean I hate to say this but image is a plus factor but as I've said, there's no better substitute for good performance. I think "good looks" should be equated to charisma and not the literal sense of the face value. Some bands like Cattski established their name on their own. Talenfolio only came in later - maybe hoping to get a piece of their success. C'mon Mayet, wake up!!! It's just money, money, money for them.

i hav lot of frends who became popular bec of the efforts of talentfolio. a lot of pipol hav a job partly bec of talentfolio. stagecrew and dice and k9 gain national attention bec of talentfolio. nid i say more? but i dont knw who r d frends of honey who has a lot 2 say abt talentfolio.

I refute this claim.

Managers are not the boss of artists. They are employees of the artists. Managers are hired by artists to achieve their goals. If your friends became famous, dont give too much credit to Talentfolio. It's just so overhyped.

There's no substitute for good performance. That will lead to another gig and another gig. Talentfolio is there to make the legit transactions for the artist. But it's the artists themselves who really make the money and make their score.

Talentfolio didnt make Dice & K9 famous. It's them themselves. It's their song plus hardwork. It's their talent that got them up there. And it's hardwork. The agency's job is just to do the papers for the band. That's it. Dice & K9 can always move on to another agency and still have a good reputation. That depends on them by the way. Talentfolio only took advantage of what they can profit from Dice & K9.

"just do papers to the band"---like what hey! don't block your mind with that kind of muddy thinking.... it is very obvious that talentfolio is also exerting too much effort to have fame for their bands... and that's fair coz Talentfolio is in the entertainment industry...

what do you know about stagecrew i am an avid fan of those guys... now tell me what do you know about them.. and how did you know the story were you there??

i am trying to be in between here... but since some people are having that FOUL GRUDGE to talentfolio... kay ngano kaha?? and some people are pretending that they have that CATCHALL KNOWING about what's happening inside talentfolio and in the music industry!

lam nyo dami talented sa mundo pero ilan lang sila ang nasa top? ..jejeeje kasi di lang pure talent ang dapat meron ka darling..you have to have that "it" thing..at dapat lam m ang politics ng entertainment industry..kaya nga meron mga managers at talent management firm to handle thigns for you..sino ba indie an talagang sumikat na mas sikat pa k madonna at walang kupas ha?..later on these indie end up getting signed up at iwan ang pagiging indie...but i have nothing against indie artists..love ko sila at saludo ako sila..at i admit dami pa rin sa kanila ang matatag sa pagiging indie...im trying to make a point here lalo na dun sa mga nagmamagaling dyan na kala mo dami lam sa industry..hay naku kung alam nyo...ayaw na lang mo inter!! bwaeheheheh..kasi pag di matibay loob nyo..ewan ko lang san kayo pupulutin...
