If Pac is not the best boxer in the 130lbs division today, then who do you think is? JMM?? I don't think so. If we're talking here bout a boxer labeled as the "best", Pac is technically way much better and talented than JMM. JMM holds the WBC belt, Valero the WBA and Guzman the WBO, but Pac can easily beat those 3 champions. Every boxing guru will agree with this. Even the prestigious Ring magazine puts Pac beside PBF as the best pound-4-pound boxer of today, that's how good Pac is. Title belts puts you on the record books but not necessarily labeling you as the "BEST" boxer there is.
Pac KO'd JMM 3 times in the opening round of their fight 3 yrs ago. JMM got lucky he escaped with a draw. Compare how JMM fights 3 yrs ago and today. Dwindling. Pac was still raw 3 yrs ago and at his peak as of today. So results of a possible rematch will be very scary for JMM.
The best "matched" opponent for Pac is Juan Diaz coz he's also quick and young. But I still doubt it if Diaz can beat Pac. But then again Diaz is a natural lightweight while Pac is a super featherweight. Bottomline, Pacman is still the best boxer today in the super featherweight division.

Yeah, Diaz is the best "matched" opponent for Pac coz no one can survive 12 rounds of brawl with him at the super featherweight division. So Pac needs a bigger opponent coz his strength and power matches that of lightweights and even super lightweights.

Baby bull will eat the pacman if he goes up in weight..even if he is well known and considered as the best by boxing magazines,It has not been proven yet.He has no belt and he is not the champion.
