Nobody disagree wither the president does have the right or dont. The question s why use martial law when its obvious around the world that a state of emergency is enough against terrorist attacks?
    Is it:
    a. The president is too incompetent and control freak that a state of emergency is not enough or
    b. Martial law is a propaganda tool to slowly mind condition the public that martial isnt that bad, one city at a time or
    c. maybe you have a better idea aside from trolling? haha!
