i agree..hehehehe..daghan maayo architect pero dli lang ma recognize ky wala kaayo kaila or dili dagko ang projects. the best architect ky kanang nindot ug PR ug maayo mu advertise sa iya work..hehehehe

Archt. Dante Morales - Topnotcher sa Board, very humble if tagaan ug more than iya PF kay happy kaau ka sa iyang trabaho i-uli jud niya ang sobra kay maulaw siya. Iyang mga houses ug bldg gi feature na sad mga magazine but mas sikat pa ang interior designers nya kay dili sya kaau kabalo anang advertising ug cam shy dili nahan magpa interview or mag guesting...lupigan sa iyang mga students na architects na sad ron or iya mga batchmates kay dili maulawon...word of mouth ra jud ni sya...so mao na I am helping him. u can have a good architect if u are a good client.
common ra jud ang plano sa usa ka balay.
gikan sa entrance...living room...dining...kitchen
or the interconnecting functions among areas of a commercial building,
industrial, hotel, condo, condotel, apartment, and the likes.
daugon ra jud na sa materials gigamit sa outside appearance sa balay.
walay mahimo ang architect sa gusto sa client though the arki can advise her/him
the design approach. pero mostly sa clients, naa nay reference designs for the arki to modify.
dli magpatuyang ug design ang arki without clients' consent.

the best way is to find a minimalist arki who economizes the area & whose principle is less is more
anha nimo makita how brilliant the arki is.
