ug OSNAP turned on lang diay? diba muselect naman automatic ang snaps ug endpoint, midpoint, intersection, quadrant, etc.? depende na sa OSNAP settings nimo para dili naka magsige ug shift+ right click.

....yes pwede ra sad kau....the tab key can help kung lazy naka mu find ug asa nimu e snap using your mouse...just point it near the object and let the program locate where you want it to snap by using the tab key....

gamit sad ang tab sa revit when selecting between multiple objects.

ganahan man unta ko ug AutoCAD since nigraduate nako sa MANUAL DRAFTING...

pero graduate nasad ko ug AutoCAD karon kay kapoy kaayo ug revise sa drawings basta mausab ang utok sa cliente.

3D na ang uso karon. parametric designs... mao na balhin nako ug REVIT.
Giluod nako sa AutoCAD sa iyang uncoordinated drawings, layers, sheets... kapoy kaayo ug usab2x sa drawings labi na mausab ang gusto sa cliente.

No more drawing sa elevations and perspectives. Anig drawing nimo sa floor plan, naa nakay instant elevations and perspectives.

Anig ilis pud nimo sa floor plan, elevations, sections, perspectives or any view imong ganahan, mu-update nasad tanan drawings nimo sa plano. Asa ka ana? Dili naka mangita ug 10 drawings usbonon just because your client wanted something else.

Pero you just have to completely forget everything that you learned in AutoCAD lang kay wala gyud ka-relation ang Revit sa AutoCAD.

Murag ingon ani:

AutoCAD = notepad
Revit = MS Word

Sorry if naay diehard AutoCAD user naglagot sa post nako dinhe. Diehard AutoCAD user man sad ko sauna. Gamit na gud ko ug AutoCad since version 6 pa na. DOS pato sauna... boot2x pa ug 5.25" floppy disks...

To jinkazjinkaz: bosing, unsay man specs sa imu pc? ako p4-3.06, 1g mem ug 258 nga radeon 9250 v-card..hina jud mudala ug 3dx max. try ko ug g-force 5 v-card pero wala jud. pls recomen specs without compromising budget cyempre, hehehe! thanks..

laptop raman ako bro. 15.4" nga dell e1505 connected to a 22" lcd monitor.
ok ra nako ang akong laptop. dili kamang, dili sad state of the art paspas.
core duo ang proc. 1.86ghz, 1 gig mem, integrated vid card (intel g950) para mas taas batt. life.

mao ni gamit nako para drawing ug render.

if ganahan gyud ka ug dedicated 3d card for 3d applications (DILI GAMES HA?) like 3ds max, maya, etc.,
better get a quadro or a fireGL graphic cards.

Ayaw na ang tag P20,000+ gaming video cards. Nindot na sa games but dili designed for 3d applications.

autocad is only gud for floor plans,not complex 3d and not so sophisticated rendering...in short autocad is pang 2d siya power...i admit i am still using autocad pero giparisan nako ni siya ug solidworks ug inventor for more sophiticated surfaces and 3d's......
