    Ive been working for TP (IT Park) for more than a year. For me lang ha I dont find it the worst BPO company and i also dont find it the best. Ever since ingon ana jd na ila patakaran na e salary deduction ang medical. Siguro tungod sa ka daghan mga applicants na mo resign lang or d mo pa daun mao ila gi ingon ana. I cant blame them. Though the compensation is not that high compared sa uban BPO companies what i like about TP is dili delayed ang sweldo. Permi gani sayo amoa. Samot na if ma tunong ang payday sa non working business day. TS you always have a choice in choosing what company to work for. But before saying a company is the worst try working in it first.

    mo disagree ko ani... gikan kog tp... hastang sayona ra inoon sa amazon account... motawag kog carrier tag 5 mins then mag ACW kog 4 mins...

    30-35 calls per day ra gud compared sa qualfon nako sauna nga 50-60 calls per day.

    7.8k pa jud ang kinsinas.... pinaka chillax nga account

    tungod kay daghan mo resign. ang applicants pabayron sa medical. unya walay BENEFITS UG ALLOWANCE. because TP employees are underpaid. para wala nay mo resign?

    ako work ron kai chill raman sad mag take ko 40 calls a day unya pwede pa gyud mag fb ug mag utube.
    chull ra sad kaau akong work unya akong mdawat kda kinsina kung bwenason kay gmay ra ang 30k. buntag pa gyud ang schedule fix sat sun ang rd..

    grabe bitaw sad ang TP in terms of benefits, now rendering my resignation. yet i'm gonna miss the environment, nindot jd so far..

    its not the best but i cant say its the worst.

    ive been in TP for almost 7 months now, mangapply kog captive oi kay atleast mura rag gi absorb. binuang ilaha halos tanan naay tax.. referral, performance bonus ug uban pa.. gi usab pagyud ang automatic pay increase every 6 months..
