    Kahinumdum ko sa ako cousin who wanted to do this. Ako ang gipapangita og container van. Ang price range : P50k to P150k depende sa condition and size - and that was 10 years ago.

    Ga search ko sa OLX karon, 20-ftr van is at P85k while P150k for 40-ftr.

    Ang next question lang ani is, if straight cut ba ang imong lote to accommodate the container vans.

    2.wall footing lang?
    3. slab deritso ug NOTA?

    like ug mg container van or modular houses na ego lng e botang sa site, designan lang ug flat stable slab.

    ok ni ang container vans da pa rentahan nimo ug 5k/month pero sakto gyud mo tanan kahinanglan pd ni ug at least good location lisod ni kung tungason inyu area hehe pila gyud kaha pd ma gasto tanan if semi-furnished and labor cost.

    boss cirext, ask lang boss sa imong expertise.. nagtigum man gud ko para patukod gamay nga shop para sa akong gamayng negosyo..ang size sa shop boss is 6' x 10' wood (coco) and cement ang material then 3' lang ang height sa cement then plywood na ang upper and tiles ang flooring...pilay kahay rough estimate boss...thanks daan.

    Do u mean 3m on the ht boss?
    Maybe its 10T/sqm at the lowest possible..
    Convert lang your units to meters boss before multiplying. 1m=3.281'
