voltages on idle would seem fairly high for a 4.6 OC, but nothing crazy. but seeing your max temps.. uhmm. yeah. maybe you should try deliding, haha.
look at it this way nalang.. you are on your way to replace a bad chip anyway, so there is relatively little risk if you screw up. borderline win-win deal lang gihapon. if you succeed, you will get better temps. if you dont, then you'd probably need to replace the processor at some point anyway.
