Check your choice of H81 board. Recently discovered that some of them dont have front panel header for USB 3.0

If you will engage into video, sound, graphic and calculations someday then better get the i5 4cores 4 threads and upgrade to a dedicated GPU when needed later.

Bro honestly, overkill ra ang Intel i5-4690 for Crossfire and Dota 2 ra imong duwaon, even a Pentium G or an Intel i3 CPU will do the job nicely.. Ako nlng gi stretch gmay ang GPU to GTX 750Ti for the other games nga imong duwaon aside from those you mentioned..
For 24k budget, mao ni nga specs ako ma recommend nimo instead:

They are compatible, pero unsaon mana nimo imong Intel i5-4460 kung walay discrete GPU? If you are a real gamer you will exactly know that you can't play a game well on built in GPU, unless of course let's name those AMD APU. I'll not mention those games nga kaya ra using built in GPU. If you are really into a gaming world and wanted to have a better FPS gain, then better get a discrete GPU than using a built in GPU.
