Im no dietitian, nor an expert... But coming from me, a person who suffered from bulimia, body shaming, weight fluctuations and is currently in shape (panda shape), the most effective weight loss food is discipline and what worked for you best.

lots of body movement, and no junk food, no soft drinks, no cakes, no rice , coffe without sugar, more protein and veggies and lots of water.

Sauna apple cider ra to pero limot-limotan man kay dili mn ganahan sa lasa, so amo gisagulan ug honey.
Ni gamay jd xa labaw na iya tiyan, daghan jd naka notice sa iya lose weight. and also, lots of water; no softdrinds, less coffee.
