Hehehehe, this will also minimize the vendors "sun/smart/globe sim maam/sir!" in Colon.

When you think about it, if this gets implemented, it will go back to the postpaid age. Not anyone can juz easily sell a sim card.

Almost 20 years nako nakahibaw ani nga balaod ug gi implement na sa mga progressive countries.

Ang nakapait lang gud diri sa ato kay mahadlok ang mga lawmakers masakpan ilang illegal activities mao dili jud sila uyon ani.

I agree with this nindot ni, everytime mo buy og sim register lahus dapat dili mo active ang sim if dili e register with pic para sure.. Ma minimize ang crime ani if ma approve ni. But before that, we need to know sa mga securities og privacy ani, kay we don't know basin gamiton sad ni sa mga politician or gavernment again us. Hadlok gyd pud ang mga naay mga illegal businesses ani.

For people with good intentions this is good, but to those who had bad intentions in life, kung madayon nga balaod mangita na sad na sila ug mga loopholes para maka himo ug crime.... tsk.tsk.tsk....daghan na ug mga maayo nga balaod but the problem is the implementation of these law....

    it's a nice n great asianbooz

And have they thought about blackmarket sims or phones? Kita ra bang mga pinoy hilig ug owrk around. Sim registration lagi, pero unsaon man unya na kung naay makita nga buslot sa system? Nga maka gamit gihapon without registering the sim?

dapat lang.. pero mga senatong og tongressman masuko ipa implement ni kai dili sila ganahan masakpan ilang baho.. ilang mga kabit, mitress, mga batan-on, ilang mga pork barrel kai ma track na kai lock #'s naman..

On Topic. Dapat lang. Australia, Europe Countries, US are implementing this and they are very successful into the governance.

Lightbulb to control and for safety, okay; to generate money para sa gobierno, di maayu

if i have my way kay di ko uyon ani

however, if it's intentions is for good then i may change my position

however, if the intentions for the sim card registration is to generate tax or another form sa panguwarta sa gobierno then that's the sad state

pwede man mu-register nga di mubayad if ang tuyo to control and for safety lang

I think it's better to register sim cards for ease in tracing unlawful undertakings through communication. It is also a tool to monitor TELCOS performance in rendering services.

mas okey ni para d na magamit ang mga phone nga gpang snatch ug gpang kawat..ingon ani man ang system sa US mawala gani imoha phone mo report lang ka sa imong service provider and automatically ilaha na daun e plague as LOST/STOLEN ang imohang account dn dili na makagamit if kinsay mamakita ato unless ang tag iya jud mismo mopa activate sa account ug balik. sounds like additional expenses sa telecom company if madayon man gani kay mag hire jud ni silag call center agent to do that thing..
