    It is highly feasible. There are available data pool on these kind of data. The problem is, there are still work arounds like Proxies, etc. It's pain staking task, but it is highly feasible.

    But there are still ways to unmask proxy traffic.. So highly feasible, pero kani atong gobyerno puro ra man ni satsat, so I doubt marealize ni.

    But I am in favor of this and should be enforced as early as we could...
