well since it didn't work
the only way i can receive paypal is to open a bank account in those countries that I mentioned earlier.

Of course it will not work. If it does, then everybody will be doing it. Paypal will log your IP address and if you're planning to use proxies, you will not only be warned but will be banned as well

I wish paypal petition is as simple as that. But considering Philippines became the number 1 corrupt country, I don't think paypal will fully operate in our country
