Ga pataka ra ning mga politiko diha sa Davao. In a diplomatic sense, Persona non grata only applies to foreign individuals like diplomats. Kay kini sila, they are protected by diplomatic immunity as per the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations. kung maka sala ning foreign diplomat, dili sila ma kiha or ma priso, so therefore, that's when we declare them as PNG unya ipa deport dayon.

Unya sa case ning Ramon Bautista, Filipino citizen man na siya. Legally, he can go wherever he want in his own country ... rightfully so.

Kung persona non grata para kay boy hipon.. persona ingrata para sa nag-serve ana sa iyaha. They should appreciate the truthful comment sa ilahang bisita, it doesn't mean daghan hipon puro na hipon. Didn't they realized that they welcomed Ramon na also a hipon mao nang nanaghan samot ang hipon, kay daghan nagbisita na hipon. LOL ako ra sad na... With all the talks of Duterte becoming a presidential candidate, I could see a good and bad side from this issue.
Good kay di gyud siya mosugot ibully or binuangan iyang sakop. Bautista poked fun at the expense of Davao ladies, unsa na kaha kung padayun ibully sa China ang Philippines (if Duterte is president)?
Bad kay it shows how "shallow" the Dutertes are. There are jokes way harsher than that. What Bautista has done is not inappropriate but declaring him as a persona non grata seems to be too much.

I wouldn't say wala sila'y alam sa law, it's the diplomatic term persona non grata is being misused. I don't think you can have a PNG as a by-law cuz it only used for dealing with foreign diplomats.
