    There are 2 types of witnesses in this story. One who witness the KILLING. And the other who witness him carrying the baby. So which is which?

    Dili na imbento ug istorya brader, Mao na gitawag ug "process of elimination" until you converge into one point- conviction beyond reasonable doubt. Ug sa bisaya pa, ayaw tagai ug buslot ang suspect aron makalusot.

    As of the moment, I can only read words like "identified" the face bla bla bla.

    Brader ikaw convicted na diay kay nakita naman sa witness nga gikuha sa suspect ang bata? Walay witness sa "act of killing" so lisod pani i convict unless madakpan ang suspect unya i trace ug naa ba jud connection siya sa pagkamatay sa bata. But I agree the world is getting smaller for this suspect but still a suspect.Ni react rako kay grabe lang reaction sa mga taw.

Dili man need nga naay witness gyud sa "act of killing". Kana kay gi rape man ang bata, unsay result sa autopsy/medico-legal i compare ra kung iyaha ang sperm.
