If you go down to their level these kids are part of a really underground black market of stolen car parts. They form small groups managed by a ring leader (the biggest kid their age) who reports to a "tatay" (an excon who has a record in jail and ties to buyers & dealers, sends kids to do dirty work in his place to keep his record from coming up again) They get the thrill/fun out of doing these things, rugby/shabu for their services, and 'brotherhood'. By the time these kids reach 18 they 'graduate' and become snatchers, akyat bahay, pimps, drug pushers and if naay capital, armed robbers complete with getaway vehicle and high powered guns from Danao.

Kaning mga lisod nani tul-iron ang dalan kay hagtik naman kay nig bukog, but still naa gihapon ni silay chance mausab if given the proper guidance, love and care..

That is I'm always with RH Law to be implemented tungod aning mga issue nga ing-ani. Parents should be responsible enough sa ilang anak.

Every parent should have a child nga sakto lang mabuhi sa ilang income.
