    drink water para mo help digest pag ayo... drink high protein supplements after work out.

    Maintain a calorie surplus althrough out the year. If your somatotype is a pure ectomorph. It will take about 1000-2000 or more calories to gain. Don't expect gaining in days or weeks. Observe your body change by months.
