call them back...tell them u called previously and u also applied the t/s steps they gave to u during ur call and it didn't work....then try to add other t/s steps on ur own which is related to ur prob, like reinstall OS, disabled AV/Firewall....in the end modeclare na ug "i will replace the dsl modem sir, wait for someone from pldt in ur local area to contact u within this week"! hheheheOriginally Posted by jumps_zilla

bro call 172375, naka encounter ko ana na problem before, wala giilisan ako modem, ila gtransfer sa lain na port ako line. ni om man dayon.
Yes, call PLDT so that they can monitor your speed. And if they found nga hinay gyod, then they will transfer you to another port.
