Hi TS My prayers condolence for your dad.
It depends on the place where you reside. The Philippines has a provision saying that the legal son/daughter is entitled to half of the inheritance of a parent however this is in the case of death.
You can't really force the living relative to give you money or support.etc you because technically it is still their money as long as they are alive.
Unfortunately, you cannot do anything legally supporting the family members is more of a family morality issue than a legal one. The best solution is to find other sources of income.
Also the only way you CAN ask for is the lawyer to have profit is if you're dad is an owner of the house and lot, work to our LAWYER to have to and to get a the good result or a shareholder and even then you could only get it if they declare dividends.
naa na sila ilaha same nga butang then pangayuon pjd
Sure na cla? Makasapot lage ni kinsa mana cla? Bo*ng cla? wa cla kuyapi?
