Some one forgot to point out that one of the factories the Vietnamese burned was a Taiwanese steel plant that has been there since the 1980's built as a sign of Taiwanese-Vietnamese government friendship, 6 of the 21 casualities are Vietnamese factory workers. The rest of the victims were "Chinese looking" but upon inspection were several Japanese, Singaporeans, Thailander and Korean. If you've been paying attention to your history lessons Taiwanese and Filipinos are on the same Pro-America, Anti-China sentiment.
So the answer is yes, they can't tell East Asians apart.
If you people really want to put up a fight paghimo mo'g petition to the Government nga mang volunteer mong tanan mo adto sa Parcel Islands tabang rally sa Philippine Navy himog hi-tech nga base. Everyone keeps making Chinese factory labor jokes and how they do work for free. Why arent militants patriotic enough to devote their rage and channel it into free productivity to the Philippine Army?
