@cliff_drew; That comment explains nothing new. It only enforces the point that the entire basis behind Cudia's expulsion is one of semantics. The expulsion itself is apparently suspicious, if the reports of a manipulated vote are correct.

Anyway, if the PMA wants their cadets to be semantically correct when giving explanations, maybe it should train them to be lawyers, not soldiers, so that the next time some cadet gives an explanation, it can be signed and notarized and executed in triplicate.

this is not being unfair. it is just they studied in the ACADEMY. not in a university mao nga if you have'nt pass their way, then theres no way you understand things inside the academy.

ask yourself, has this something to do with the honor code? because it will be illogical to link that to the code. a lot of soldiers became bad OUTSIDE the four corners of PMA because of influence and choose not to uphold the values they learned while still inside but still it does not mean that the honor code should not be honored/followed by the cadets. no other entity have done by creating disciplined and honest men in uniform.

i agree not a rare case. i believe nakadawat man sa punishment si cudia kay as per people who knows more about this wala man diay sya gi dismiss, kusa diay sa sya ni resign because it is a gentleman's way to accept the punishment or else expect the worst while inside the academy. maybe his family maoy wala kadawat kay top cadet lagi, expectation tawon nila nahugno. and its obvious kay ang nag spread ani nga issue sa social media is his sister.

Then if naa nasad 3 days na late kay expulsion dayon. So kana pa kaha PMA, na dapat taas jud na sila ug morale diha.

kung mangompara man lang diay ato sad diay ingnon ang uban nga "ayaw mog skwela sa tanang skwelahan / universities kay naay mga graduates nga nahimong kriminal, kawatan, drug addict/pusher, corrupt ug wala pay eskwelahan nga naka produce ug graduates ang puros good citizen TANAN"

it's ok siguro na dismissed gyud ni cadete kay naa man ilaha school policy especialy kung nag lie cya intentionaly or inadvertently.

but then again if word by word eh disect ang iyang gi sulti mas pabor gyud na by definiton ug accuracy na dili dismissed ang word na gamition nga.

it looks like very specific as in very keen si Mr. Cudia average people or most people will find it a gray area but reading again and again the news article it would become clearer dismissed cya sa first task but then again a new task was given and thats the problem dili pa cya dismissed hehehhe. bright siguro kaayo ni tahua since childhood days pa nya.

Honor code really? Look at the quality of the PMA graduates who became top officials of our armed forces. Cases of funds malversation left and right. Funds intended for the equipment of foot soldiers pocketed by the so called honorable graduates of PMA. Only a handful of officers lived and practiced their sacred code.
