For all we know the president did not really received the letter. As you know thousand of letters are being sent to Malacanang everyday. Added to that it's also being filtered by the staff and segregated what goes to the president. So I will blame these stupid employees who can't separate what is important or crucial to the president's image.

I agree and this is true. Put the blame on the staffs. Should the family need immediate help then they need to course this through other means like through the Presidents' sibling who's powerful in terms of her media connection. Yet if they need direct attention from Pnoy, his personal mobile phone numbers were leaked last year. I'm not sure if those were still accessible or working. Not worth to try though.

Guys as per inquirer.net news today, Martinez got financial assistance from SM thru facilitation of Phil. Sports Commision. Win or lose Mr. Martinez has already made our country proud with his determination and perseverance.
