They are now serving Manny Pacquiao not the entire Filipino people,
and I don't think that it's of our best interest to exempt him from his dues it is his obligation he must address it and we should not.

Everybody should contribute, no exceptions.... especially not a congressman! This move stinks and reinforces the notion that the rich, powerful, famous don't need to abide by the same rules as ordinary citizens.

Is Manny Pacquiao evasive about his taxes because he doesn’t want to reveal that he’s a US green card holder?
Because if Manny Pacquiao has a green card – which makes him a permanent resident or US immigrant – then he can’t be a Philippine congressman.

So mao ng every two steps you take, take a step backward and reflect. Don't be too eager to move forward or else you will forget what you fight and stand for.

Ug kita mo sa movie "The Croods". Katong gibuhat sa papa nga every step of the way careful kaayo siya hehe.

DEVELOPING: Coming after BIR claims, the USA's Internal Revenue Service has said that boxing icon Manny Pacquiao reportedly owes them $18M in taxes from 2006-2010, TMZ Sports reports.

PS: Story to be updated as details come in.

    Pacman unsa naman sad ni?

The likelihood of this passing is low unless several LP/NP coalition members back this.

After Kim Henares' tax fumbles, this would easily pass in a different scenario.
