Okay ra siguro ma ban ang public smoking, But I'm not really into killings, no matter who you kill, it's still a crime.

I think dugay naman ang Davao na smoke free. Dili man jud ka ka pasagad og panigarilyo didto sa ila lungsod. I love Davao, but I really cannot live in a city where I know limited ra kaayo ang party party hehehehe...

Cebu is still my first choice.

@gotnowheels - so, if you are the only one in front of Hitler back then, and you know about him and ALL his wrongdoings, you'd not do anything?

With all due respect sir, I don't think these people that were killed with the death squads, have done anything to be even compared with Hitler. Second, they don't have any plans to kill Hitler, prisohon to xa just like what they did with Benito Mussolini (which was rescued by the Germans). Hitler commited suicide. Sadam Hussein even went through trial before he was killed through Lethal Injection (Trial of Saddam Hussein - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia). Atlhough I'd rather have him behind bars. You're trying to compare Genocide, to what? Selling drugs? What a lame excuse. Again, enjoying you're peace in return for the lives of others is not something to be proud of, killing is a crime, anyone who kills for what ever reason is bound to be punished in the name of LAW.

How can you call him a law-abiding person if he's allowed death squad to kill another person. I mean where's the logic? According to our Law, killing or to allow another person to be killed is against our law. No matter how you sugar coat it, they are still not following our law. Asa man ang ilang rights to defend in front of a judge with an attorney. If they are really guilty then they will be imprisoned. By denying a person on his rights is against the law as well, you call that law-abiding? And you're saying that only those law-abiding citizen will vote for him, that means that I am not following our laws, because I would never ever vote any person who kill another person and to be even proud with it.

How do you know that the fruit is rotten? They are not proven guilty in court, nor they have the chance to do so? This is not mere opinion, this is serious matter that needs to be addressed since we are talking about human life.

not from davao...pero katong diri sa cebu nga "extra-judicial" killings nga nangamatay, naa man to mga record...and most of them nag-balik2x na sa presohan...

kanang karon nalang nga motorcycle-tandem killings mao'y kasagaran inosente....mga call center agents nga gi-ti-onan nya kung di i-hatag, pusilon...

not sure where you prefer...but i prefer this to be done by TO the criminals....not the hardworking-class citizens/innocent people....

court? you do realize were in the philippines, right? where justice is a JOKE....right?

we're not talking the "barbaric/roman" type of justice man nga di nato paminawn or tan-awn ang usa ka side...

sidetrack, i guess di ka mo-uyon ug "Judge Dredd" type of justice system...

I firmly believe to Mayor Duterte's cause in keeping peace and order in his town. I hope it goes the same to all provinces in the Philippines. We need leaders like him. CHR? what a joke. Sobra-an ra na ang freedom and justice to the extent e-abusar na. Pinoys don't know what real democracy is that's why we don't get respect from other countries. Grabe ra kaau mo-tolerate sa mga kasaypanan nga ang tinuod nga justice system shud defend the civilian from any external and internal threat to peace. I don't care how duterte does it as long as it should be done for the benefit of all. I support him and salute his local governance to davao.
