    have you heared of the food- beef pinakorat?

    it taste so good.

    it goes like this.

    use an medium size frying pan and put about 1 cup of water per half kilo of beef. the beef is sliced about half inch thick. adjust accordingly.

    when the water boils, add salt, pepper and vinegar. don't stir until the water comes to a boil again. and you put the sliced beef. in about 2 to 3 minutes, its done!

    sarap. simple but ok kaayo para bahaw bahaw. labi na kon dunay sili, patis ug kalamansi.

    how would you know if you're doing it the right way.
    the water level if you're going to put the beef will be about half the beef or about 1/4 inch of water. the water wouyld be hot and boiling, that's why its pinakorat.
    turn it once and its done. maybe a 1 and a half minute before u turn it. try it.
    make sure the beef is cooked, you will know if its done - pinakorat style if there's no blood in any part. technique, heat should be really hot, like in the chinese restaurant, nagkalago gyud!

    ngano himoun man gyud ninyo nga complicated ang pork .. lutoa ra gud na ug tarong!

    kana imong pina korat nga beef . .. dli na advisable diri sa city kay dili na mga fresh ang meat ..

    ginabuhat nga mga pinakurat sa mga probinsya kay they usually do that kanang mag ihaw ug baka or carabao . kay presko pa ang meat mao na nindot i pinakorat.
