its not only the exporters who are feeling the pain...

the OFWs who send their salaries in dollars back home are also at a disadvantage....

    ngano gobyerno man ang hinungdan?

sa una when I got my first job ako sweldo kay 5000pesos ra man to. Exchange rate was around 26pesos to 1USDollar.
That was around 1995, karon almost 15 years ago, exchange rate is almost double sa 1995. Ako sweldo kay >10x sa 1995 nako nga rate. Karon, I have a house and lot, a brand new car, and a little money in my bank account....hmmm the falling peso changed the way I live? I dont know how to answer.

Should I blame the government-from cory to ramos to erap to arroyo? I dont know. Should I blame myself for working hard? maybe. naka timing lang tingali ko, unya ang mga tawo moingon nga SWERTE ko...hehehe. Kung wala pa ko ni-eskwela ug tarong SWERTE-on kaha ko? kung pagka human ug eskwela, nagbagdoy-bagdoy lang ko SWERTE-on kaha ko? Kung ni-apply pa ko sa ABROAD I could have earned >100x more than sa ako 1995 salary, but no, I didnt even try.

I just dont know why sige ta REKLAMO nga lisod ang kinabuhi dire sa PILIPINAS.

Everything blame it on the government. Even good or bad. I think mao ang effect sa crab mentality.

    Unsa diay sakto?

Mo taas ang dollar rate or mo-ubos?

Kung taas ang mga tawo mo reklamo. Kung mo-ubos ang mga exporter mo reklamo.

ang after effect man siguro ang gireklamo bai...

example, if mosaka ang dollar, dali mosaka ang panaliton.
but if moubos gani, wala ra nahitabo.

mao na moreklamo jud ang tawo.

ngano maglisod ang mga pinoy? its because most of us have the wrong priorities and goals. gusto ta hayahay lang ta pirmi and without realizing nga if gusto ta hayahay atong kinabuhi, kinahanglan natong trabahoon na, di magsalig sa gobyerno o kang kinsa man diha

the peso over dollar has gained its value significantly...

pero, the prices and the fare is not going down.

i guess you have likewise noticed that the prices of oil has decreased already but never did the jeepneys or taxis moved to changed their fare...

OFW's are disappointed coz the value of what they are working for has declined....

i have a talked with my boss the other and he told me that perhaps it is wiser to just transfer the plant to China wherein there is cheap labor...

aside from strengthening the value of the peso, along with it, significant change should be somehow implemented so that we could really feel the progress of it, control of the prices, moving back the fare and the likes
