And kani siya is COMBO ni sila mga classmate hehehe ... served with POTATO FRITTERS and your choice of 1 slice of FRENCH TOAST and ice tea. On top of the ALL TIME FAVORITE AMERICAN BREAKFAST , naa gihapon ang atong own SINANGAG CLASSICS like the TAPSILOG sa mga wala nakaila unsay OMELETTE and hadlok mo EXPERIMENT hehehe.

Walay nakahibalo ngano 2 ka spelling ang gi honor to describe that egg dish na " OMELET " and " OMELETTE " . I prefer to use the OMELETTE na spelling pod kay kung OMELET ra , and looks like a DIALECT WORD not associated at all on any form of dish . Para ako-a lang na ha .

Hapit na ni mga FOOD TRIPPERS ... NOV 16th ang opening and hope to see you all there !! The same SPRINGY who cooked in Embassy Suites , Hilton , MardiGras , Hofrbauhaus in the Sin City will be seen in action for your omelette needs !! LOLS hehehe ...

My tips for the perfect OMELETTE :

- use butter instead of oil
- sautee first the ingredients before adding the eggs
- as much as possible , ingredients should be CHOPPED instead of CUBED
- add a pinch of salt and pepper altogether with the milk with the eggs while the toppings are being sauteed , not after the eggs are being cooked .
- an OMELETTE will never be an OMELLETE till it is folded . Folding it once is just fine , on fine dining it is folded 4 times to create a rectangular shape . If it is not folded , TORTA kagawsan ana which is technically the same thing .

next in mind would be ranchero and denver style....totally havent tried this and surely would like to try it soon
