No, TASM 2 is due next year. Sony just recently announced 2 more movies set for 2016 and 2018. Looks to me that they have a very big faith on this franchise.

They also showed a clip of Electro destroying Times Square, still waiting for the clip though, strict rules in the SDCC about recording videos in the convention.
