why have you seen a negative thought about the future of lapu-lapu bro? ...

water problem in the area has nothing at all... drainage & traffic contibutes most..
this problem could be elimanated by addressing it properly..

That's true bro, kay I don't think they will just let Mactan go into the drain for nothing. I'm sure people will do something to survive. I'm sure there are a lot of Filipinos who are smart enough to come up with a solution everytime a problem comes. I'm just optimistic and we shud all be.

there is going to be a big leaf of growth in this town ...so.. be prefared...

I don't have any scruples against Mactan I just want to let you see the limitations of the place, the opinions of other people who think far ahead than what you see in the present. Sorry everyone from Mactan. I don't have anything against you. It's better you can prepare always of any eventualities.
