Oo dili lang possibility pero puwede kaayo mahack imo wifi password.
Pasiuna lang ni ha nga para ni sa knowledge nato para magamping ta nga dili ma-penetrate/intrude atong network. Dili ni para sa katong mga intresado mo hack para mangawat ug free wifi connection.
Hacking wifi passwords or intrusion on network is not rocket science.

Pinakadali mahack is WEP encryption. It will just take a matter of minutes para mahack imo password.
Mas dugay if WPA/WPA2 imo gamiton nga encryption.

Bisag naa kapa whitelist sa mga MAC addresses, Kung tuyuon gyud puwede na siya ma-sniff ug paminawon ang imo wifi traffic dayon ma-spoof ang MAC address ug mao na ang gamiton. Wireshark is usa sa maayo nga "sniffer" network analyzer.

If dili kaayo layo ang wireless network computers nimo, puwede pud nimo paubsan ang output power sa imo router (if naka 3rd party FW imo router).
Better still, use wired connection/Ethernet kung puwede lang.

Lastly, use very long random letters/numers as password that cannot be found in dictionaries. Kaning mga hackers gagamit raba na ug mga dictionaries.

Para nako WPA/WPA2 encryption payts na basta gamit lang ug taas ug lisod nga network key.
Also reflash router to 3rd party FW para makonekta nimo imo computer sa imo router ug mamonitor nimo kung naa bay intruder nga nakaconnect sa imo network in case na hack niya imo WPA key.
Naa pud na log sa mga computer nga nakaconnect so ma-check-up nimo.

You mean totally dili makita ang wireless AP with hidden SSID?
I think SSID raman ang hidden ang uban makita man.

below are two scans with hidden SSID's but with visible mac addresses, etc.






Puwede man tingali makita ang hidden SSID gamit ug mga tools. Dili nalang nato i-mention diri unsa nga mga tools.

- deauthenticate an existing wireless client para mo re-associate siya otro sa AP, or

- huwat nga naay wireless client nga moassociate sa AP.

Gapadala man ug probe request ang usa ka disconnected computer bisan pa ug duol or layo siya sa network. Murag iyang gi-broadcast ang detalye sa iya network nga gipangita.

HIDDEN SSID's would also likely raise interest sa mga hackers kay ngano man gyud gi hide.
