When it comes to expats ibutang talang ug koreans...if you have complaints against any of them you can surely report them to the department of immigration (with just cause ha).

I had a similar issue but this was wit the middle eastern tourist that kept following me inside the Ayala mall. Mao pay ga dali ko kay naay apason nga work ga sige ug buntot buntot....

I confronted the guy why he was following me, ni tubag pa gyud "I saw you coming in, and I may not have another chance to meet you in this lifetime so I want to grab this opportunity" <---- feeling siguro niya mo epek iyang pick up line

I gave him a hand gesture, and said straight to his face..."do you want me to report you to the department of immigration? If you don't stop I can have you deported!" wahahaha...ni undang lagi!

Let's admit, some of the tourists here are bad @ss @ssholes! and some are also well respected and well mannered. But for the bad ones, if you remind them which country they are in they will put their acts together.
