    sakto ba?
yes.. dili sila pwede makahimo ug army, navy ug airforce since it clearly mean a offensive units.. they are also not allowed to build any aircraft carriers. but there's a loop hole on the papers.. "no army, navy or airforce", so they just simply change the name of the units to JDF or the japanese "defense" force. plus "no aircraft carriers"... so they built the helicopter carriers for the JDF too.... lingaw kaau sge gyud pangita paagi mka lusot sah pinirmahan sah kapildihan ang hapon. and i think they are also limited to 100,000 soldiers thats why they keep building more hightech defense system such as unguided missile defenses to maximize personnel use. no importation of military hardwares so they built there own jet planes and hightech aegis boats--i believe more capable than the american versions, tanks and so many more.. hehehe

If mu attack ang China, naa kahay 2nd legendary kamikaze, like when Kublai Khan tried to invade Japan?

Anyway, Japan is a turtle armed to the teeth. They may not have aircraft carriers, but they have more than enough Anti-Aircraft and Anti-Ship capabilities that they would still be able to protect their nautical airspace and waters a midst the capabilities of the PLAN and PLAAF . I'd still say China will most likely win, through a war of attrition--and it will be costly, and it will be bloody. This is assuming this is only between China and the Japan, and assuming U.S. won't honor its Mutual-Security Treaty with Japan, and China will honor it's NFU policy. Not saying Japan doesn't have a chance, because it definitely does--but they are the obvious underdog in this theoretical war. That would be a nasty war that I pray the world will never witness.

Istorya ra ni kutob oi, this will never escalate to a full blown war. Inig himo ani sa cost-benefit analysis, wa na mausab na dayon ang huna-huna sa mga negosyanteng insik ug japon. Pareha man sila alkanse kung mag gubat sila.
