yeah, id like to hit the gym ...
hinay-hinay sa pag kaun, then count hrs of sleep, must be 6 or more, moderate drinking and plente of s.3x. heh
sleepwell and eat well on time
it has been a week, after i post this thread. So far my routines:
early in para early out ( flexi sked man ko)
jog on weekends in abellana
massage once every two weeks
hot milk before sleep
drank more water daily
avoided sodas
eaten more fruits
so far, im feeling okay ...
apil2x nanang fun run du. or kanang after shift mag gym ka den have enough rest sustain ur body with good and healthy foods... since ur body clock deviate from normal body clock dali jud ka maluya and ur pron of sickness...
madala pa man kaha smile TS? ayw lang overslip TS ky patay liver ana naa bad effect... fruits best kaonon. less carbo diet.
sleep eearly.
