I believe Gwen had this in mind before (whether the timing is good or bad for her 2013 ambitions and beyond), bottomline is its politics..Of course, naa cya Plan B, C, D and so on.its up to her and her lawyers (Sepulveda, or even his father and brother PJ etc..) to use their might and influence to try to talk (behind closed-doors) with people above.. They (Garcia) family surely will NOT take this lightly as this could lead to their downfall and lose their hold in the province or even in their own district.. Remember, Cebuanos are deeply concerned and aware of these corruption cases (Balili, CICC etc) and tend to discard/punished politicians come election day..Gwen should use her full arsenal (very deep political influences if she had more), otherwise mahimo lang cya kataw-anan mga botante unya puhon and well basin mao ra iya padulngan nga mobiya sa pulitika IMHO...
