kani gyud bilib kaayo ko aning crinkles mag buhat ug thread. pina ambush tabloid style ba hehehe. creates a title that will really make people curious and viola! click dayon. you got a talent for this you should consider working for the press.

now for your questions. if you remember your biology class that salt inhibits bacterial growth "good or bad". considering the salt content of any dried fish would leave and average microbe to a ruptured cell, void of all it's moisture and ability to fission binarily. it would take a hell of a tough mold to even thrive on such harsh conditions..... "good or bad", now would you even risk ingesting a preserved product already present with highly resistive bacteria?

now. for all people who plan to store dried fish or any dried preserved food stuff on there homes.
i have a small and valuable advise for all of you. "DRIED FOODS SHOULD BE KEPT IN A RELATIVELY DRY ENVIRONMENT." you should not never ever ever ever ever ever ever keep your buwad, bulad, klippfisk, Bacalhau etc. on a place where there is obviously high moisture and condensation present. ie the fridge, in front of an aircon, a waterfall or a river. if ever a stubborn person should wish to put there buwad in the fridge i recommend wrapping it with something absorbent such as newspaper, kitchen towel or any material that would react similar to one suggested, provided that you regularly replace the medium.

ilabay na TS kay wala ka kabalo unsay mga toxin sa molds, ma-food poison nya ka or worse might contain some carcinogens. a well processed buwad should not have molds meaning bati ug quality ang kadtong batch sa paghimo ug buwad
