Ive got friends na NBSB, i think one of the reasons of their status > high standard - gusto nila ug someone na ka level or taas pa nila,,, this mostly happens to professional people... next is > during HS/college, focus kaau sa iskwela.. na feel nila distraction ang uyab sa ilang study -- > self confidence - dli cla confident sa ilag kaugalingon, low kaau ang self esteem -- or simply after of going into something they are not sure of...
