It's a wonderful idea. In a country of haves and have-nots each and every person becomes a stakeholder in a new form of national treasure. Vast new areas will need to be earmarked for planting trees and hopefully these areas can be visited like a national park, perhaps we can even tag each individual tree with the relevant child's name.

Again, this bill is unnecessary and shall never be a requirement to those people who aren't really serious in taking care for the environment. Don't get easily swayed with "good for the environment" campaign. Take a deep thinking.

There are schools, groups, companies, public and private sectors and even individuals who are doing reforestation and are really serious about it. These people should be given incentives. DENR has also this National Greening Program. So what's this bill for?

Sakto gyud. Unsaon taman, duha ra man kaklase ang taw diri sa Pilipinas gud. Maayo man unta ni pero kung gamiton nalang pud sa goberno 'Cui bono' as a way na maka-profit sila by controlling the natural way of family bearing. I think its too much. Mura man sad ug gi dehumanize nila ang idea of child-birth.

Ang style ani nila ang problema ari dayon e pasa sa mga taw. Na ang tinuod kakuwang man sa atong goberno sa pag-improve ug drainage systems, improved methods of garbage disposal, and waste management. Instead of implementing that, kani ilang method na pagarpar kaayo. Bisan mapuno ni ug kahoy ang Cebu kung wala gihapon improvement to mga things mentioned above mag-baha gihapon. I'm sure.
