Abs are made in the kitchen.. Hehehe Ts nana man dyud nay abs underneath sa imong flabby tummy. ang purpose sa sit ups is to improve sa porma niya hehehe or to strengthen it. so the answer is not sit ups or crunch or whatever.. like krusade said, eat the right food and weight training..
pero as for me, squat, squat and squat. and one more thing.. squat again. hahahahaha
