Miss Jenna sure has a pretty face for a transgender, uhh, whatever she is. (Will save the Wiki-reading for another day.)
I could be wrong, but AFAIK:

Transgenders
-cross different gender roles.
-may have done something to alter their secondary *** characteristics (have the appearance of the opposite *** but still retain their original set of genitals, such as taking estrogen pills).

Transexuals
-have undergone those mentioned above and, more importantly, ***-change.

A transexual can be called transgender, but a transgender cannot exactly be called a transexual.

Talackova says she has known she was a female since she was 4 years old. She began hormone therapy at 14 and had *** reassignment surgery in 2010.

Patay kang bata ka if they perfect genetic engineering/manipulation one day (hapit na) and start to change genders of babies inside mother's wombs. Will you still consider those as "bayot" when they came out of the womb as females (but originally males when conceived)?

And how will you know that? Will you ask an unborn child? Since nakaabot naman dyud ang technology to do this, of course naa na sad ang technology to UNDO the operation (later when the child grows up).

And regarding sa "gihatag sa ginoo" let me tell you a story.

Supposing you were dying of weak, and failing liver, a congenital disease (example ra ha? Ayaw kasuko) and there is a new technology called "total liver transplant", nga makasave sa imo. You eagerly anticipate this transplant and then one day your priest visits your hospital room and says, "Oh, you should not use that transplant--you were born with a diseased liver, God gave you that liver, so if He takes your liver away from you, and you die, then that is the will of the Lord." Yeah right, sound advice right here. Try going through the process of being transgenderized and insist on being called Ms, Ma'am etc and sue the person who insists on doing the opposite. Fill up your tax, employment etc forms with a check on the female block and not expect to see legal consequences. It is impossible without migrating and though some laws exist overseas recognizing transgenders and other confused people, faggonism is frowned upon by our constitution.
