We do have a chat support here in eperformax. The best! I've worked before in several non voice accounts and voiced accounts in other BPO's, CVG, Stream( formerly etel), etc... But nothing beats the coziness here. I'm a part tym student, so I study using wikipedia while doing chats.
Advantages:
Workload- very minimal. Like 10 -20 chat contacts per shift.
Pay - Awesome! 13k- 17k every 15 days, of course naa pay tax.
Work type - Registration issues lang imu support for eBay.com
Benefits - same to other BPOs, increase on base pay every 6 months if you get a good score...etc. Double bonuses/ pay twice a year, murag 13th month.
Disadvantages:
GRaveyard lang, 2am to 11 am
Then only tenured eBay agents ang kuhaon for chat.
