Best account in a call center?

lets talk about sales accounts..im looking for greener pastures...any suggestions for an excellent sales account/company other than exlibris...?

This is based on experience lang and unsa ako hibaw-an pud. For me, there are different types of best accounts.. One is to be in an easy customer service account with less stress. Example, I was once under a Microsoft account and all we do is transfer calls. Wa jud cya'y stress kaayo. You just identify the issue the customer is calling in for then transfer them to the correct support that will handle the issue.. Some people also like non-voiced accounts obviously there's less stress there because you don't have to talk to people much, you just email or chat with customers. Other people also consider sales accounts as the best especially for some who are getting a lot of bonuses, commissions and incentives. They get double or triple their basic pay every payday if kusog kaayo ilang sales. It really depends sad jud but for me, those are examples of the best accounts. worst for me would be tech support, and that's exactly why the basic salary for tech support agents are usually higher than customer service agents.

As to my experience, some people just use Call center as stepping stones, not actually blaming them since, well, its a call center, anyways, for me, as to the topic, Best account will be the MOST Stable account ever. For example, every CC company have an account which is there Bread and Butter, well, why not go to that Account? It means that, thats a big account, it means it is stable.

IMO opinion, mas nindot na lang kung naa ka sa biggest account sa isa ka company para lesser ang chance na either matangtang or ma disolve and account and more ang chance for you to stay on that company.

Best account kai windows (chat support) dli maka bogo na account nya less stress kai chat support manka. Ang pinaka nndut pajd kai convergys ang gadala s account. The best account so far.

best account ky account namo karon...server support and wala kaayo calls...mabuang lang ka sa mga issue ky nosebleed kaayo...but you're learning...
