sir ask lng ko ngano man inyo ablihan ang hard disk kng dili na motuyok? plus inyo tangtangon ang sticker sa hard disk? mo repair d i mo hard disk sir.
kng mao na perting sayopa d i sa inyo procedures, what if ang hard disk pwede pa ma RMA.. instead of telling ur customers na ipa RMA pra maka save maka palit nlng ug ahat kay wa na man ang hard disk inyo nmn g.ablihan.. and d man sad jud dapat twn na ablihan oi..

Usually the systems will check the availability of peripherals and you will know the faults as a technician. And then if the HDD is at fault, you wouldn't need to open it and instead inform the customer and let your customer decide given the idea of the problem from the technician.
It is commonly known to some but not all PC technician, swapping, replacing or taking some parts of the computers they repair without the permissions of the customer. And it is a BAD practice considering as STEAL in Cebuano, "KAWAT".
This cannot be denied by some PC technicians.
if hard drive problema sir we still using diagnose protocol
1. check hdd if mo detect (if yes den we used our diagnostic test using our own machine nd software)
2. (if not den we check the hdd hardware if naa problema ang mga components)
3. check hdd if mo andar pa ba ang motor den that's the time ablihan namo ang hdd we do pre caution if we do to open cz its to sensitive inside hdd
4. check hdd if mo kala naba ang hdd if yes den lisod na ayohon na
5 etc. we do have plenty procedure not only ds
sir i am former senior comp tech their in techshop i am dealing all the component problems their and also the customer concern thats why i call the attention my former shop about what ts concern. mao na medyo na catch up kaayo nko ang problema ni ts mao na g tabangan sad nko sya para ma solbad ang problema sir. dili ni pwede sad nato e baliwala lng kay magka dogay maglainay ta diri d b?
again my fellow istoryan's if we have problem any company not only techshop company but all company's please do first go directly to the company tell what's your concern then if problem solve then good but if not let the storyan knows what your concern is.

on your problem with the hard disk, techshop tried to fix ur hard disk. I presumed that ur hard disk is OEM labi na if ur netbook is branded. For your info, dili na ni ma RMA but to return to the system rig builder (like sony, dell etc.) if under warranty pa.
For me insakto ra ang ge buhat sa technician however, wa lang ka na inform na they have to open it and ask ur permission to open or not.
Moving forward, even if ur HD was opened or not, ang mamalitay ug hard disk dri sa istorya wont buy it at a hi price kai OEM hard disk ni.

wew naa sad di ay kay sayop TS.. husaya nalang na ninyo basin nag daot2x ra ka sa ilang shop, daku ra ba kayo ng gaba. Wala man siguroy di mahusay basta dili lang mag lagot2x
tns comcam but as i say again to TS ok r namo hosayon kung onsa gyud ang problema nimo but what comcam put some picture medyo na osab na akong hona hona tabangan onta tika onsa problema nimo medyo imo man g goba akong karaan na companya mora sad ka katong lain sad nko concern saona pa i always said to the people concern if naa moy problema ad2a ang companya not in this forum kay maka goba ta s osa companya na false accusation og labi na sa taong imong g igo...
