    @baju,it doesnt mean sleep early can give you a good and healthy life.if you miss the thing about fact of life like exercise and balnce...it may cause not normal.

    diet, and i make sure nga dili ko ko maka exceed sa calorie requirement nako/ day.

    @piaosigua ,puede man mu inom pero ayaw lang gyud palabi mao raman kai kung daghan or too much...dli na maau.mao raman na ako pirmi buhaton...i can do what ever i want drink beer and smoke maybe but socially.pro dli lang gyud pirmi...dha na mu come ang desciplin.

    @chadix24_7 ,pyts sad na calories calculation pro tanan man gud pipz are not thinking about exceed calories intake.....at least u know...
