@piaosigua ,puede man mu inom pero ayaw lang gyud palabi mao raman kai kung daghan or too much...dli na maau.mao raman na ako pirmi buhaton...i can do what ever i want drink beer and smoke maybe but socially.pro dli lang gyud pirmi...dha na mu come ang desciplin.
@chadix24_7 ,pyts sad na calories calculation pro tanan man gud pipz are not thinking about exceed calories intake.....at least u know...
