Dako2x jud ka magasto sa tiles ug paint plus labor. E-priority lang gud kana permi gamiton nga lugar nya e ulahi lang ang division basta importante safe ang balay puy-an.

Bantayi lang pud inig trabaho na kay basin nya mas dako ang imong gasto ra labor kay sa expenses. Maro na kaayo mga trabahante karon, amo ra ang bantayan...

kulang ang 100k budget kung plano nimo humanon gyod tanan. mahal kaayo materials ron. tiles,cement,sand, paints/varnish, fittings, etc.
250k sakto2x na. hinay-hinayi lang. unaha sa ubos. enough nga mapuy-an na. then kung maka tigom, pa trabaho na sad. later on mahuman ra na, then inig kwenta2x nimo sa gasto niabot na ug almost 300k. daw sa wa-ay wa-ay lang... hehehe.

ma compute man na nimo. pag tanaw2 og tiles didto nya kuhaa ang sukod, then sukda imo area og pila ng imo ma kinahanlan, then apil lang nmo compute ang labot, mostly tag 300/day ang labor.

ask lng pud ko... how much magasto anang laminated flooring? also known as wood tiles...

nag canvas jud ko sa price ani migo.. it's P158.00 for 60x60cm sa cebu builders medyo mahal jud

it's 56 sq.m. we already have the furnishing like sala set, dining table, beds, etc. Our problem is we need to paint the house, partitions and tiles..

murag kuwang pa cguro na.
if you want it tiled then do the tiles first ky abog na kau if mgtiles ka later on.
then use plywood/fibercement partition on the first floor. since you and you hubby are the ones who will occupy the house so the upper floor will be your room and no need to have a partition yet.

paint job will be last ones all partitions are complete.

Thanks much Payaso for the idea nga iulahi nalang namu ang paint, sakto jud ka.. Regarding the partitions of the rooms, we badly need it since we have 2 kids and 1 helper iulahi ra cguro namu ang tiles sa taas..
