the salaries are misleading. kung no experience lang moapply dili ingon ana ang range hasta ang experienced mas samot kadako.
kung ganahan jud ang applicant magresearch then adto siya sa specific threads kay gielaborate and daghan nag information didto.
thanks for your suggestions CocoCrunch. i hope the mods will have second thoughts about your recommendation because there are a few who already appreciate this thread and think it may be helpful. going through the specific threads of each call center makes the reader read a lot of discussion that has to be filtered and with the hundreds of posts for each thread, as you mentioned earlier, this would take a lot of time
thanks for your opinion CocoCrunch. yes, i agree that each employee has a different rate and that is why it was noted on page 1 that the pay range is an estimate for "no call center experience" applicants (although there are some who volunteer information on the pay premiums for experience)
please do inform if there are account names that need to be changed because it is exactly the client's name
and NEO is New Employee Orientation? i guess all agents undergo this but there are a brave few who would like to share information so as to help guide those who are choosing among the available call centers in cebu

thanks for the feedback masakiton. it is true that experience and performance makes a difference in the monthly salary. it would be nice to provide information on how much performance is needed for a substantial salary increase. there is information that some call centers set unreachable targets for excellent performance so no one gets it and those who are meeting the goals usually get a minimal increase of about P200-P500 only. hope you can provide more accurate information on your call center experience about salary increases
...which is still pointless. you are posting these information from posters you don't even know they are working with that company.
It was so easy for you to change some information when someone told you it's incorrect. you then change the information without validating or verifying if it's credible or not.
why the hell would i tell you account/client names? they are confidential. each employee of call centers know or was informed during NEO that it should not be disclosed, even the rates.
